RETURN POLICY
Customer Satisfaction is our priority.
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can address your concerns and keep you as a customer. We will bend over backwards to make you happy. If we can’t satisfy you, then a refund will be issued as outlined below.
Before you purchase, please consider that

I use tarnish resistant wire but eventually it will deepen in color. A wired piece can be cleaned but I would research the impact of cleaners if a stone is involved. It is best to let these pieces age into their continued perfection.

Much of my wire wrapping includes stones (i.e., rocks) that are raw and unpolished. Please notice that you may find imperfections in the stones but that is meant to enhance the piece. I strive to provide enough photos of each piece so you can see exactly what to expect from your purchase.

I use leather on some of my pieces. That material is also meant to present an organic look and it may have markings or striated colorations. I pride myself on the total look of the finished piece and hope you will enjoy the results.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We gladly accept returns if buyer:

First contacts us within 14 days of delivery and we are unable to address and satisfy the buyer’s concern or issue.

Ships items back at buyer’s expense within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return items must be complete in the original box and packaging.
We guarantee full refund on returned items in original sale condition, not used or altered in any way.

Custom made items are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are available for an item’s sale price and sales tax, if applicable.

Any of our Free Shipping promotions apply to purchase only. So, if you choose to return an item you will receive a refund for the item minus the cost of shipping.

Original & return shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

Refunds on purchases will be credited to the original payment source within 72 hours of receipt of the qualified return.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders must be prepaid. We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds on custom orders. Buyer should please contact us if there are any problems with custom ordered items they receive. We are in touch with these customers during several stages of production so customer dissatisfaction is highly unlikely.
