Handmade Necklace of wire wrapped aluminum on braid - This wonky aluminum nugget pendant is a combination of my wire wrapping skills, jewelry making, and my husband's habit of melting aluminum in our backyard fire pit when we lived in Florida.  A triple braid of black and green complements the texture of the pendant, and adding quartz and Swarovski glass pearls to the toggle closure brings a perfect balance for a fine wearable art piece. The finished necklace weighs just 1.5 ounces. Pendant is 2 1/2" x 1 7/8"; Length is 30"
